This is a blog by one nearing the end of his life, dedicated to those who no longer are able, or need to, work for a living. It’s mission is simply the discovery of new roles and fresh interests in life.

With more leisure, one can reminisce,  write of past memorable events, and savour the new life blossoming around.

With ageing comes diminished vigour. We do not want our frailty to be treated with condescension, exploitation or rejection however. We want to stay as independent as long as possible. We seek relevance and love in the same way that those younger do.
